EXECUTIVE TEAM
AUSTIN CHASE
Founder, CEO
Austin has experience in managing over 5M+ RSF and $4B in the corporate commercial space, particularly from a financial perspective. His work has ranged from long term monthly cash flow to sale-leasebacks and new construction. While working for Forbes 100 companies, Austin has also managed multiple global businesses within energy and construction industries. Austin has excelled in corporate finance, streamlining complicated and layered procedures in business analysis and financial planning/valuation. He has lead diverse teams from over eight countries. His corporate stints include Merrill Lynch and Exxon Mobil (CRE, corporate finance). He holds an MBA from Texas A&M and an Economics/English Undergraduate degree from BYU Provo.
PAUL BITTON
Operations
For over 16 years, Paul has acquired, managed, and divested many CRE asset types and classes. He is a Co-founder/Principal of brokerage, property management, and investment consulting services within Idaho, Utah, & Arizona, and serves as an Advisor for Archway. He has extensive expertise in commercial real estate analysis, negotiation, acquisition, stabilization, and disposition. He is also highly skilled in public speaking. Paul graduated with an Entrepreneurship degree from BYU Provo.
RICHELLE ROSENBAUM
Asset Management
Richelle has 30+ years in commercial real estate management, ranging from office to industrial. In the 9M+ RSF and $5B in CRE value she has managed over her corporate career, she has overseen all aspects of facilities maintenance from direct contractor management to entire portfolio leadership. In addition to her long term understanding of property maintenance and security, she has also managed annual cash and book CRE budgets in excess of $250M annually and facilitated major tenant leases and tenant moves. She currently serves as an Asset Management outside advisor for Archway.
JONATHAN RUDD
Legal Counsel
Jonathan Rudd is a founding shareholder and officer of the Rudd Firm, P.C. He currently ranks as among the top 10 Real Estate Attorneys in the State of Utah by the American Institute of Legal Counsel. Mr. Rudd has negotiated and closed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions and advises several real estate investment firms. In addition, his clients include technology companies, FDIC lending institutions, real estate developers, construction companies, and residential parties. Jonathan serves as outside counsel for Archway.
