If the opportunity is right, investment options include senior minor interest as well.  In all cases, we add customized value to springboard partners to their next level.

Debt and Equity Financing

If a company meets our financial and market health hurdles, we can inject cash through equity or debt into qualifying enterprises.  Ranging from smaller to global sized needs, business can take the next step in their expansion or debt restructuring from Archway and its strategic partners. 

Venture Capital

As in the past, our partnerships continue to engage in ventures, particularly those with established revenue and a promising track record.  Seed companies with compelling products may also be included into a diversified venture fund.  We have a host of partners with varied venture palates.
